What we supply

TypeDescriptionTypical use
One-piece hose endHose end and ferrule made as a single swaged unitMainstream assembly work; lowest part count
Two-piece hose endSeparate insert and ferrule, crimped togetherSpiral hose, larger sizes, higher impulse duty
Interlock ferruleFerrule with an internal interlocking ring4-spiral and 6-spiral hose where single-piece cannot hold
Reusable hose endScrewed onto the hose, no crimper requiredField repair, very low volumes
BSP / JIS hose endsBonded-washer or O-ring sealed parallel thread endsEuropean and Japanese machinery
Banjo and banjo boltRing-shaped end with a hollow boltConfined spaces where a straight end will not fit
Flange hose endSAE J518 Code 61 / Code 62 flange headHigh flow and high pressure on large machines
Swivel and elbow ends45° / 90° / 90° long-drop, with or without swivel nutRouting where orientation has to be adjustable at assembly

What to put on your enquiry

  1. Thread family and size at each end, plus the dash size
  2. End orientation and angle (straight, 45°, 90°, long drop)
  3. Hose construction it is crimped onto (SAE 100R1AT / R2AT / R12 etc.)
  4. Material and coating
  5. Quantity, and whether you buy annually or per project
  6. Whether you need the crimp specification and crimp records
If you do not have specifications: send one sample or a photo with measurements. We will return a specification sheet and a part number you can re-order against — this is the fastest way to convert a drawer of unlabelled fittings into a re-orderable catalogue.
